About Grizzly's RV Storage

Grizzly's RV Storage sits in south Carson City, off HWY 395 and HWY 580, so getting a rig in and out is straightforward. The storage here is indoor and heated, and there's a wash and dump station on site. Reviews are mixed. One reviewer calls it safe, secure and climate controlled and says all their toys live there. Another describes it as great private secure indoor storage. A third had a rougher run: they mention occasional mice, high cost, and a dispute over lease terms with the owner. The rating sits at 3.2 from six Google reviews. If you're weighing it, the climate controlled indoor space and the on-site dump station are the draws, and the lease terms are worth reading closely before you sign.
