About Homegrown Storage Kingsport
Locally owned and run, this Kingsport storage spot sits on a fenced lot with a keypad gate and security cameras. Rentals can be handled online, and several reviewers mention same-day access and move-in specials that helped with the cost. Most of the feedback centers on communication. People say the team, especially Lauren and James, responds fast and solves problems. One reviewer had ice cleared from the drive so a U-Haul could get through. Another praised how smoothly things went when new owners took over. Not every review is positive. One person reported rats damaging clothes and a sloped, washed-out lot that made truck access hard, plus a gate outage that blocked entry for two days. The overall rating is 4.2 from 39 reviews, so read a few before you commit.
