About Mini Mall Storage - Self Storage Kingsport
Mini Mall Storage on N John B Dennis Hwy sits next to Indian Path Hospital and Kroger. It's a self-storage spot in Kingsport, TN, with drive-up units and options for covered, indoor, and outdoor storage. They also handle boats. Reviewers often call the units clean and the staff friendly, helpful, and quick to get you set up. Several mention 24/7 access as a plus. One person said a phone rep named Rita walked them through the rental and made it easy. But not everyone had a smooth run. A few had trouble with online rentals when gate codes didn't work and calls went unanswered. Others found the cancellation process frustrating. You can pay online and buy packing supplies on site. If you have a big rig, ask about maneuvering room. The downhill slopes between units can make turning around tricky. The place is gated with cameras and has climate-controlled units. It's worth a call to confirm details before you commit.
