About New Frontier Self Storage - Southwest
On Southwest Drive in Cheyenne, this self-storage spot is fenced with a computerized gate, so only folks with an access code get onto the grounds. A resident manager is around during office hours, and there's a 24-hour self-service kiosk plus online payments if you'd rather handle things yourself. Reviews are mixed. The friendly staff gets plenty of mentions, and people call the place clean and the rental process easy. One reviewer praised the onsite manager by name for being kind and professional. Others have had trouble reaching a live person by phone, email, or the kiosk, and a few note rate increases over time. If you're storing an RV or boat, the gate and code access are the main draw. It's worth checking current availability and rates before you commit, since reviewer experiences with communication vary.
