Poinsett Self Storage & Car Wash

About Poinsett Self Storage & Car Wash

Poinsett Self Storage sits in Travelers Rest and rents outdoor storage, with boat and RV spots among the options. Your gate code works around the clock, so you can pull in after dark or head out early. Renters pay online and can email the office when they want to switch to a different size unit. The reviews run both ways. One renter wrote that the customer service was the best they had seen at a storage facility, with quick email replies and easy unit swaps. Others stop in for the car wash, though several mention equipment acting up: a sprayer that did not work, weak vacuum suction, no tire cleaner, soap leaking on them. A cluster of reviews describes an older man approaching people as they cleaned out their cars. Some say they were told to take their trash home and that they felt unwelcome using the cans by the vacuums. Worth reading those before you commit, especially if you like to tidy up your rig on site.
