About Prestige Storage – Muskegon (Apple Avenue)
Prestige Storage on Apple Avenue in Muskegon runs a gated lot with self-storage and room for cars and boats. Reviewers often mention how fast the rental process goes. One said they had a gate code in minutes after signing online. Another walked in, paid, and had a locker in under 10 minutes. The units come up clean in reviews, and several people noted a free lock with their rental. The lease terms are spelled out clearly, and paying online is easy. A few reviewers had questions about setup and paperwork, and staff helped them through it. Not every review is positive. One person complained about winter ice making the lot dangerous and said potholes have gone unfixed for a couple of years. Another said the gate broke and was left open. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and it offers climate-controlled units, moving carts, and packing supplies.
