About Prestige Storage - Muskegon (East Laketon Avenue)

Prestige Storage sits on East Laketon Avenue in Muskegon, a self-storage spot that also lists automobile, boat, and RV storage among its categories. Units are drive-up with rollup doors, so you can pull right up to load and unload instead of hauling gear down a hallway. Access runs 7 days a week, and the site is lit. Reviews are split. The friendly staff come up again and again, and a few renters call the move-in process easy. Others tell a rougher story: broken exterior lights near some units, a lock that went missing, a key that stopped working after the property changed hands, and a door that got damaged. At least one reviewer describes being moved to another location without a call. Online payments and alarm monitoring are listed among the services. The Google rating is 4.3 from 26 reviews. If you're parking a rig, drive past at dusk and check the lights yourself before you sign.
