About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Elk Grove Village and rents indoor units, with sizes from small 5x5 lockers up to a 10x30 drive-up space that takes a boat or vehicle. Some units are ground floor and near a door or elevator. You can rent online and go straight to your unit, and the place is open 24/7. The 4.8 rating over 312 reviews leans hard on the people working the counter. Reviewers single out Denise and DeDe for solving problems and staying cheerful, and LeaAnn for walking a new tenant to the unit and answering questions. Todd gets named too. Several mention the online move-in being easy. One reviewer had a rough time. They found pests and insulation damage after a year in a unit and couldn't reach anyone in the office when they tried. Worth knowing. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
