About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits on Busse Road in Elk Grove Village and serves Wood Dale, Bensenville and Mt Prospect too. It runs climate-controlled units, drive-up access and vehicle storage, plus moving and packing supplies if you show up short a box or two. Wide driveways make backing a rig in less of a project. The reviews here are unusually consistent. Liz and Chris come up again and again, and people describe them as kind, patient and quick to walk you through unit sizes until one fits. One reviewer cut down from a 10x10 and had it sorted in a single call. Others mention a clean, well-kept building and a rental process that runs quick from start to finish. Climate control and video surveillance are both in place. There is a loading dock, and the office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock. The 4.9 rating across 919 reviews says plenty on its own.
