About RecNation RV & Boat Storage
RecNation on Vinson Road stores RVs, boats, trailers and trucks in uncovered, covered and enclosed units. It sits just off Vinson Road with easy reach from Dallas and the surrounding towns. The place is gated and access runs around the clock, though one reviewer said an outer gate had to be opened first, so ask about that before you commit. Boat storage comes up often in reviews, and people call the site safe and secure. A few mention fair pricing, roomy drive aisles and a clean, level indoor space with 30 amp service. Others like handling the gate through the app. Not everyone is happy. A couple of reviewers had trouble ending a rental and questioned the notice terms. Another found sharp metal bits in the gravel around the units. It is worth a walk around your assigned spot before you sign.

“I couldn't be happier with my indoor space at RecNation. The drive aisle is very, very wide giving me room to maneuver my 32 foot long, 12 foot wide motorhome. The 30 amp service keeps my house and chassis batteries charged.” – Robin V., 2 years ago, on Google
“Although it was disappointing to not be able to access my camper when I needed to, I was super appreciative to get a phone call from the site supervisor telling me that she reached the owner of the camper next to me.” – Barb M., 3 months ago, on Google
