About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on the west side of McKinney, near West University Drive (US-380), handles both household storage and vehicle parking. Units come indoor and climate-controlled, or outdoor with drive-up access if you just need a spot for the rig. There's also boat storage and a wash on site. Security cameras are in place and access is available around the clock, though the office itself keeps regular hours. Rentals run month to month, and you can reserve and pay online. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Across 7 Google reviews and a 4.4 rating, the helpful team shows up again and again, with people calling out Adam, Susana, and Samuel by name for staying calm and friendly even during a network outage. One reviewer did flag slow computers and a long line, so plan for a wait at the counter.
