About SmartStorage Box WA
SmartStorage Box WA runs out of Benton City and brings storage to you. The company has been serving Washington since 2017 and also delivers into Oregon, Idaho and other spots. Along with its own 16, 20 and 40-foot storage vaults and shipping containers, it works as a certified U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer with U-Boxes and ramp-equipped trailers. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One repeat customer called the crew professional and polite and singled out Roy by name. Another said the whole team was the most impressive they had dealt with, and someone else credited Manny with opening up after a U-Haul reservation shift left them stuck. Delivery gets the same treatment. A reviewer described drop-off, loading and pickup as easy, with the container set exactly where they wanted it. Another had a unit delivered the Monday after a Friday call. Communication comes up often, and the rating sits at 4.9 from 11 reviews.
