About SmartStorage Benton City WA

SmartStorage in Benton City runs a gated lot with cameras and on-site management. Reviewers describe the facility as neat and organized, with a clean lot and no damage to the buildings. The inside is well managed and clean too. It's a certified U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, so you can rent trucks and trailers, buy moving supplies, and get propane refills. The 8 x 20 foot storage containers get good marks from customers, who mention fair prices and clean, structurally sound units. Delivery is on time and professional, with containers unloaded, maneuvered into place, and leveled quickly. Moving help comes up often in reviews. Anthony and Cameron are named for careful handling and being accommodating. One reviewer appreciated staff cutting a lock and helping move items from a box to a truck and trailer. Not every review is positive; one mentions a late arrival and damaged furniture, and another notes unanswered calls. The place has a 4.7 rating from 95 Google reviews.
