About Storage Sense - Hampton Cove
Storage Sense - Hampton Cove sits on US-431 in Owens Cross Roads, and it handles more than household overflow. Along with drive-up and temperature-controlled units, there is enclosed parking for RVs and campers, and covered spaces in the mix. Security is the part reviewers keep coming back to. The property is gated with 24/7 camera surveillance, and one reviewer noted the staff make rounds to keep it that way. Reviewers also single out Darren and Jesse by name for walking them through the rental process and helping when they needed to switch units. One reserved a 14x60 covered space and had it go to someone else, but the team called back and moved them into a covered spot a couple miles up the road. Not every review is warm. One long-term renter called it overpriced for what you get, and another said phone support was unhelpful when they were locked out of boat access. The office is open set hours, not around the clock, so plan around that.
