About The Willows of Santiago
The Willows of Santiago is a mobile home park in Fresno, California, and it also lists RV storage as one of its categories. The gated entry comes up often in reviews, though some locals say the gate is sometimes broken. It is an all-age community with a clubhouse, pool, and fitness center. Residents write about quiet streets, a well-kept pool, and friendly neighbors. Others mention security concerns, including theft reports and uneven rule enforcement. Reviews run both ways, and the 3.9 rating across 229 reviews reflects that mix. RV storage sits alongside the park amenities, so you would be parking inside a residential community rather than a stand-alone lot. The listing does not spell out storage pad sizes or pricing, so call the office to ask about availability and access.
