About U-Stor Self Storage Memphis, TN
U-Stor sits on Elvis Presley Blvd in the Whitehaven neighborhood, and reviewers describe it as a clean, central spot for storage. The grounds and units get called out for staying tidy. Staff come up often in reviews. People mention Ms. Tomeka and other employees by name, saying they are friendly, professional and willing to answer questions without an attitude. One reviewer said a staff member found two units at the last minute. One reviewer had a recurring problem: automatic ACH payments were cancelled more than once without notice, which led to late-payment emails and calls to the office. That aside, the same reviewer called the location reliable. The facility has 24-hour video monitoring and individual door alarms. If you want specifics on unit sizes or pricing, call the office.
