About U-Stor Self Storage Memphis, TN
This U-Stor spot on the Memphis side handles more than closet-sized units. Mini-warehouses run from 5'x10' up to 10'x40', so there is room for cars, boats, and RVs alongside household goods. Every unit has drive-up access and its own alarm, and the lot is covered by video surveillance around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the managers. One long-timer of more than 20 years says the team is helpful when a card gets lost or a payment fails. Others call the staff knowledgeable and personable, and a five-year customer credits Lisa and her husband with going above and beyond. Clean grounds and easy online payments come up more than once. The buildings are solid brick, and management offers a six-month price guarantee. Entry is free and open 24 hours for tenants. If you are parking a rig and want staff who answer the phone, this is worth a look.
