About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on East William Cannon Drive in Austin, with covered storage options and gated access with cameras. The office staff gets a lot of love in reviews. Monique, JP, Felipa, and Rose are named for going out of their way, finding units that fit, and walking people through the process. One reviewer said Felipa made them feel welcome and took time to answer questions. Some reviews point the other way. A person who reserved a unit canceled after seeing ceiling damage and a strong odor in the hallways. Another says pricing went up sharply after about six months, and one mentions a damaged gate that stayed broken for months. Climate-controlled units are available, along with moving supplies like boxes and tape. Worth a walk-through before you commit, especially if you are parking a rig you care about.
