About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Austin handles RVs, boats, and cars along with regular self-storage. The property is gated with cameras and lighting, and you can get drive-up access. Reservations are free and there's no commitment, so you can hold a spot online before you haul the rig over. With 521 Google reviews and a 4.6 rating, the staff gets mentioned a lot. Jenny at the front desk comes up as sweet, professional, and helpful. Reviewers also call the facility clean and say the move-in process is smooth, with clear explanations along the way. A few reviews flag issues worth knowing. One person couldn't find the exit instructions after hours and had to call the number on the keypad. Others mention wanting clearer move-out date rules and more secure unit edges. It's the kind of place where a walk-through before you sign helps.
