About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location on South 1st draws a 4.7 from more than 330 Google reviews, and a lot of them name Vincent, the manager. People describe him as patient and quick to respond, and one reviewer mentions him helping track down info to repair a travel trailer. Another tells of him bringing a cold glass of water after a long day of emptying a unit. The office keeps regular business hours and is staffed, which reviewers call out as a plus. Comments mention clean storage and belongings being well cared for. Climate control is offered, though one reviewer said their unit ran hot when it wasn't working. The same person felt units were smaller than advertised and saw a rent increase after six months, and another reviewer got conflicting answers from local and corporate staff. Worth asking about unit dimensions and terms before you sign. Online reservation is an option, and small, medium and large units are listed.
