About US Storage Centers
This is a self-storage place off W Stassney Ln in South Austin, close to the I-35/Stassney interchange and a short hop from St. Edward's University. It has climate-controlled indoor units in a wide range of sizes, plus drive-up units in sizes up to 10x40. Ask about RV and vehicle parking when you call. The grounds are gated with keypad entry and 24/7 video recording, and the drive aisles are well lit. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People mention being walked through the rental process, getting help matching a load to the right unit, and how clean the place is. A few call out specific employees by name for going out of their way. It sits at 4.7 stars across nearly 700 Google reviews. Not every review is glowing. One longtime customer wrote that their rate went up sharply after the first couple of months, so read your paperwork before you sign. Hours are posted, and the office is wheelchair accessible.
