About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage sits at 525 US-70 E in Garner, close to White Oak Rd, and it pulls in customers from Auburn, White Oak, and Southeast Raleigh. It's a big self-storage facility with a wide range of unit sizes, plus vehicle and boat storage. Climate control and drive-up access are among the options. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name, and the names come up a lot in the good reviews. People describe the team as helpful and willing to walk them through the rental process. The property itself draws comments for being clean, well lit, and covered by cameras, and one reviewer noted staff spotted a lock left open and sent a heads-up by email and text. The online booking and quick rental process get mentioned too. Not every review is glowing. One customer said a beam took up space in their unit and that the rate went up after a few months. The 4.9 average across 854 reviews suggests that's not the usual experience.
