About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Garner and rents outdoor spots for RVs, boats and vehicles, including uncovered parking and drive-up outside units. Sizes run from 5x10 up to 10x30, so there is room for a trailer or a full rig. Gate access runs 24/7. With a 4.8 rating across 361 Google reviews, most of the feedback centers on the people. Reviewers mention staff answering questions, walking them through the process, and explaining which size fits their needs. Several name Teresa and Tracye for being polite and patient, and one said the whole thing was handled over the phone. Cleanliness comes up too. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a gate left open and a run-in with the manager over unit access, and another said violations were posted without checking first. Worth reading through before you commit. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and you can reserve online.
