About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Greenwood Rd in Louisville, and the lot handles more than household overflow. Outdoor parking is one of the options here, so there is room for rigs alongside the standard units. The property is gated and some units are climate controlled. Reviewers bring up the people more than anything else. Gloria comes up by name for being friendly and for walking through the options without rushing. Others describe a warm welcome and a staff that called the next day just to check everything was fine. Clean units and a maintained property show up in the feedback too, and the rating sits at 4.9 across 246 reviews. One reviewer did flag the entry and exit gates staying open too long after someone drove through, and called it a security concern. Worth knowing if that matters to you. Rates get described as reasonable, though one review notes they change daily.
