About Public Storage
Public Storage on Louisville's south side offers drive-up units that work for RVs, boats, and vehicles. The 10x30 outside unit with a rollup door is the one to ask about for a rig. There's also a 10x15 and smaller sizes if you just need room for gear. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Christian gets called out for being helpful and answering every question. Nancy gets credit for calling when a payment comes in. People say the team is polite and explains things clearly. One reviewer had a rough stretch with a broken security gate that stayed open for weeks. Others point to steady price increases over the years. It's the kind of place where the people are the bright spot. Gate access runs 24/7, and the office handles rentals online if you'd rather skip the counter.

“I walked in and needed enough space to store everything I had left in my booth I had at peddlers mall , I had no idea what I was doing and how much space I needed. This wonderful lady name Christian was so helpful and guide-full.” – David S., a year ago, on Google
“My daughter rents here and I pay her bill every month. Never once has anyone called me to let me know my payment has arrived or was processed. Nancy has called me two months in a row!” – Almeda E., 4 months ago, on Google
