About Prestige Storage – Muskegon (Whitehall Road)
Prestige Storage sits on Whitehall Road in Muskegon, and the reviews suggest a place that handles the basics well. People mention the gated property, the wide driveways, and ground-level units that make backing a rig in less of a chore. Easy access comes up again and again. Staff get named in a lot of the feedback. Reviewers describe quick responses and helpful people when something goes sideways, like a unit mix-up sorted with one phone call. Others say the online rental process was straightforward and the unit was clean when they showed up. It is not all smooth. One reviewer wrote about pests in their unit and pointed to open ceilings between units. Another had a dispute over cleaning fees after moving out. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit. Rates get called reasonable by a few people, and the gated lot is mentioned as a plus.
