About Public Storage
This is a Public Storage location in Austin, and the reviews keep coming back to the people at the front desk. Multiple reviewers name Maria and Shana, describing quick, low-pressure rentals and clear walkthroughs of the space before signing anything. One person showed up mid-move with a car full of boxes and said the staff took care of them. The unit mix leans toward ground-floor and outside spaces with rollup doors and drive-up access, including larger 10x20 and 10x25 units set up for vehicle parking. If you want your rig out of the weather, there are climate-controlled inside units in smaller and medium sizes. Cameras are on site. Parking is wheelchair accessible, and the business identifies as veteran-owned. The rating sits at 4.3 across 174 Google reviews. A few reviewers mention 24 hour access and clean units. Call ahead on hours before you haul the RV over.
