About Public Storage
This Austin Public Storage on East Ben White Boulevard handles indoor units and outdoor vehicle parking. For RV owners, that means an uncovered spot in the lot or a unit inside if you need something enclosed. The property is lit, and there's a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers often mention the clean property and helpful staff. One person said the online reservation was quick, check-in was easy, and the gate access worked reliably. Others note quick problem solving from on-site employees. A few warn that prices can go up, so ask about fees and rate changes before you sign. Online booking is available, and you can use the mobile app for payments. If you want to see the lot in person, stop by during office hours.
