About Public Storage

Public Storage in Newport News runs a self-storage facility that also handles RVs, boats, and cars. You can pick from covered, indoor, or outdoor storage, and the place is gated with keypad access and lighting. It's open 24/7, so you can get to your rig whenever you need to. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Karla and Tameka. People say they're polite and explain things clearly, which makes the rental process smoother. The facility itself gets called clean and secure, with one reviewer describing it like a government building. A few folks mention the online setup and fast move-in. There are some small gripes. One reviewer wishes the carts were in better shape and that there were trash cans around. Another notes the bathrooms are locked when staff aren't there. Nothing major, but worth knowing.
