About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Warwick Blvd in Newport News and rents out covered, indoor and outdoor spots, including room for RVs and boats. The lot is gated with keypad entry, and access runs 24 hours a day. The office gets steady praise. Reviewers repeatedly call the staff kind and helpful, and several describe a smooth process at check-in. One long review credits the manager with clearing up a billing mix-up. Others mention the place looks clean. It is not all glowing. A handful of reviews describe rats getting into stored items, and some people say management was slow to respond. A few also complain about the kiosk setup and being charged extra. If you are comparing spots, read the recent reviews and ask about pest control before you sign anything.
