About Storage Sense - Lexington
Storage Sense on the Lexington side offers both indoor units and outdoor parking spots, and the lot takes RVs and boats along with cars. The property is gated and has 24-hour video recording. A few reviewers mention feeling safe there, and one noted the gate and security were excellent. The reviews point to a staff that helps. One renter said the office manager changed a gate code without being asked. Another got a bigger unit in about 15 minutes through the online rental. People also call the place clean and organized, and signage is easy to follow. Some reviews warn about rent. Two long-term renters said rates went up every few months, and one of them tried to negotiate without getting anywhere. If you want a predictable bill, ask how pricing works before you sign.
