About Twin Spires Self Storage
Twin Spires is a locally owned storage spot in West Knoxville, and reviewers keep coming back to the location. It's easy to get in and out of, which matters when you're hauling a rig or a truckload of stuff. Security gets mentioned a lot in reviews, and the facility backs it up with a gate, cameras, and individual unit alarms. Climate-controlled units are available if you're storing things that don't do well in Tennessee heat. Longtime customers say they've had no damage to their belongings over the years. Reviewers describe the staff as friendly and accommodating, and people who run small businesses use the units for overflow. A free moving truck rental comes up more than once, with users covering gas and mileage. Some reviewers note that late fees can add up and that price increases have made things tighter on a fixed income. Rent and security are the two things people talk about most.
