About U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of West Town

This is a U-Haul trailer hitch super center on the west side of Knoxville, and it also shows up as a spot for RV and self storage. Same lot handles trailer rentals, moving supplies, and hitch work, so you can pull in for a part and ask about parking your rig while you're there. Reviews are mixed but trending better. One reviewer bumped their rating up after a return visit, calling the current crew helpful and friendly. Others mention a long wait for propane when the place was short staffed, and one process described as quick and easy. With only a handful of reviews, the 4.2 average is thin, so read a few yourself. U-Haul backs hitch installs with a lifetime warranty and a two year wiring service plan for your tow vehicle and trailer. Hours vary, so check before you drive over. Specific storage unit sizes and prices aren't listed here.
